Refund and Cancellation Policy

Setup and Project Fees

Setup fees become non-refundable once discovery, planning, design, configuration, content creation, or other project work has begun. If work has not started, a written cancellation request may be considered for a refund less payment-processing charges.

Monthly Services

Monthly service fees cover reserved capacity and work performed during the billing period. Clients may request cancellation before the next renewal date. Fees already charged for a current or completed service period are generally non-refundable.

Advertising and Third-Party Costs

Advertising spend, domain fees, hosting, licensed media, premium software, printing, and other third-party charges are non-refundable once committed or purchased.

Service Concerns

If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, contact SovereignST promptly. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, correct the deliverable or propose another reasonable resolution.
