Services

SovereignST provides website, marketing, social media, reputation, SEO, automation, and related consulting services. The exact scope, schedule, deliverables, and fees are defined in the selected package, proposal, invoice, or written service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, necessary account access, and materials they have the right to use. Delays in receiving approvals or materials may affect project schedules.

Payments

Setup fees and initial service charges are due when an order is placed unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ongoing services are billed according to the selected plan. Advertising budgets, premium software, domains, hosting, photography, and third-party expenses may be billed separately.

Results and Third-Party Platforms

Marketing outcomes vary. SovereignST does not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, leads, reviews, or platform availability. Search engines, social networks, advertising platforms, and other third parties control their own policies and systems.

Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before the engagement. Ownership and permitted use of newly created work are governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement and may depend on full payment.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service. These terms are governed by applicable law in Indiana unless a written agreement states otherwise.
